What is actually changing in the app
A web and mobile redesign is coming in the next few weeks. The team has not shown the new interface yet, but the direction is set.
Expect coding tools, image generation and partner apps to sit inside the flow. Canva and Booking are confirmed integrations. You will book a trip or design a poster without leaving ChatGPT.
OpenAI is also reshuffling internally. The ChatGPT team and the Codex team are now merged under Sottiaux. Codex is the company’s coding assistant.
